Basketball Focus:

** Development in these areas will provide enrichment to future personal and career endeavors."

Team Philosophy:

Our intent is to actively find athletes who equally share not only a love for the game and a commitment to excellence, but also enjoy the friendships developed between the players, parents and coaches. We want players to understand that wins and losses are by products of their effort, enthusiasm, energy, and execution and not the ultimate measuring stick for success. Maximizing your potential as an individual and as a team is the definitive goal.

Criteria used in the selection process:

Outstanding play, leadership, commitment, desire, athletic ability, sportsmanship and positive mental attitude will make up the criteria for player selection. Coaches will observe the players either through tryouts, observation at games, or by contact/referrals from schools or area coaches.

Parents Role:

Cheer for your daughter's team. Encourage your daughter and the team to succeed in athletics, education and life and help them to realize that regardless of outcome, maximizing one’s potential is what defines success.
